Terms of service

Creator Format is provided by Lvance Group ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian's permission.

The service

Creator Format resizes, crops and exports images in your browser. Your images are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for keeping originals and checking exported files. Browser capabilities, image formats and safety limits may affect processing.

Your account and images

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details, activity on your account and providing accurate account information. You keep ownership of your images and must have the rights to process them.

Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, fraud, spam or infringement of others' rights.
• Interference with security or availability, including malicious code or unauthorized access.
• Reselling the service or bypassing account and usage restrictions.

Subscriptions and credits

Visitors can process two images without an account. To continue, sign in and choose a paid monthly plan: Basic costs 9 SEK for 10 images, Plus costs 19 SEK for 25 images, and Pro costs 29 SEK for 60 images per billing period. All paid plans are ad-free. Plus and Pro subscribers can purchase 10 extra image credits for 15 SEK.

One source image counts as one processing, regardless of how many sizes are exported from it. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over. The account menu shows your remaining credits and period end date.

Subscriptions are paid at the start and renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time through Manage billing / cancel in your account menu and retain access to your remaining credits until the paid period ends.

Upgrades take effect immediately: half of the new plan's images are added now, and the other half in the next billing period. Where the allowance is odd, the first half is rounded down and the remainder is added next period. Downgrades take effect in the next billing period. Basic users who run out of credits must upgrade to Plus or Pro for additional images.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment-related customer service and returns, including billing, applicable taxes and refunds. Purchases are subject to Paddle's checkout buyer terms.

Prices displayed in currencies other than SEK are estimates. The checkout shows the final currency, taxes and amount before you pay. Any charge for a plan change is handled by Paddle.

Intellectual property

We own the service software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. This does not give us ownership of your images.

Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. This does not restrict liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risks. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

Swedish law applies and disputes may be heard by Swedish courts. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in your country of residence remain unaffected.
