We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Creator Format purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment partner and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net, locate your purchase using your receipt details and request a refund from Paddle support.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time using Manage billing / cancel in your account menu. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to remaining image credits until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.
